- Ranking highlights company’s continued commitment to employee engagement and workplace culture
- Reflects nexfibre’s broader focus on people as it plans to invest in digital infrastructure across the UK
nexfibre has been recognised as one of the UK’s Best Places to Work for the third consecutive year, by The Sunday Times Best Places to Work 2026.
The Sunday Times Best Places to Work survey, conducted with employee experience platform WorkL, is the UK’s largest study of employee engagement. This year’s list features 567 organisations, and celebrates the UK’s top employers for workplace culture and overall employee experience.
The recognition reflects nexfibre’s commitment to building a high-performing and inclusive workplace culture. Since launching in 2022, the company has prioritised employee engagement, professional development and a collaborative working environment built on trust, transparency and shared ambition.
It also demonstrates nexfibre’s broader focus on its people as it continues to invest in digital infrastructure across the UK and create a scaled, sustainable wholesale challenger to the incumbent, including via its planned acquisition of Netomnia. This has helped build a culture where employees understand the vital role they play in delivering the benefits of full-fibre connectivity across the country.
Rajiv Datta, Chief Executive Officer of nexfibre, said:
“Being recognised as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work for a third consecutive year reflects the strong sense of purpose that runs through the business and our commitment to creating an inclusive environment where people feel trusted, supported and empowered to thrive. This culture enables collaboration, continuous learning and meaningful innovation, which are central to our continued success as we grow.”
